Family Coach Triple-T | Family Nurse Practitioner & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner | Founder & Clinical Lead – Priority Medical Group (PMG) Serving Arizona, Nevada, California & Oregon | Telehealth Available
Titus Tjalas—known professionally as Coach Triple-T—is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in mental health care, weight management, and whole-person wellness. He provides telehealth services to patients across Arizona, Nevada, California, and Oregon.
Titus’s clinical philosophy is informed by both advanced training and lived experience. Having personally navigated ADHD, depression, trauma, and long-term weight challenges, he brings uncommon empathy and practical clarity to patient care. His work focuses on helping patients identify patterns, regulate stress responses, and build sustainable health behaviors that hold under real-world pressure.

His approach integrates evidence-based Western medicine with functional and behavioral frameworks, emphasizing what he defines as “wellness as consistent healthy behaviors—not perfection.” Rather than symptom-only treatment, Titus prioritizes long-term capacity, insight, and accountability.

At Priority Medical Group (PMG), Titus delivers individualized, authentic care that integrates mental, physical, and emotional health strategies. Patients value his grounded, direct style and his ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable plans.

In addition to clinical practice, Titus is a speaker, educator, and coach, supporting individuals and organizations in developing clarity, resilience, and self-leadership through structured, evidence-informed frameworks.
